Thanks to my ideal split-level layout, I’m simply perfect for a large family or two family groups. On the first floor, there’s a living and dining room with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a large living room with en-suite bathroom and toilet and a heated storage area. My second floor features an additional bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet.<\/p>\n
The dining table is extendable with plenty of space for eight people. In the living room, there’s an inviting, pull-out couch as well as comfortable furniture for a cozy night in. In addition, there’s also my large screen, 55-inch TV with a Bluetooth 2.1 Dolby sound system. You can connect your MP3 player to the sound system, charge your phone and, of course, surf the internet wirelessly with ease using our Wi-Fi. You can also stream Netflix series or movies (if available).<\/p>\n
If you fancy some fresh air, you can go directly from the living area to my generous balcony with stunning views over the Brunnachalm and the idyllic surroundings.<\/p>\n
As well as an induction hob, my kitchen features a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge, as well as Nespresso and filter coffee machines and a kettle.<\/p>\n
On the first floor, there’s a large room with a box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another pull-out bed. This makes the room ideal for parents with one child. Right alongside this bedroom, there’s a bright and friendly bathroom with wash basin, shower, bidet, and toilet.<\/p>\n
On the second floor, there’s an additional, generously-sized bedroom. This also features a box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a pull-out single or double bed. A directly adjoining private bathroom features a shower, wash basin, bidet, and toilet.<\/span><\/p>\n The entire apartment is equipped with a comfortable wood floor and electric heating. To ensure your security and that of your valuables, the apartment features a secure front door and two spacious safes (one per bedroom).<\/span><\/p>\n The first floor of the property has a ski room – where you can dry your shoes on a shoe warmer and drop off<\/span> your <\/span>skis<\/span> <\/span> – as well as a lockable storage room for your mountain bike.<\/span> <\/span> You can dry your ski
