I’m compact, but have everything it takes to satisfy you: a comfortable living/dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom with toilet.
In my living room, you’ll find a comfortable couch with plenty of cushions, coverings, and comfortable lounge furnishings. You’ll also find a large, 55-inch TV with a Bluetooth Dolby 2.1 Sound System and, of course, a Wi-Fi wireless internet connection, allowing you to connect your MP3 player to the sound system or simply charge your phone. You can also stream Netflix series or movies (if available).
In my kitchen, you’ll find an induction hob, an oven, a fridge and, naturally, a dishwasher. In addition, there’s a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine and a kettle as you’d expect.
The generously-proportioned dining table is extendable – so that children can enjoy plenty of space to write, paint, or do crafts. The living room leads directly onto the spacious balcony or your own private garden – all in the heart of nature.
I have two bedrooms for when it’s time to sleep. One of the bedrooms features a box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other comes with two movable single beds that can easily be combined to form another double bed.
The entire apartment is equipped with a comfortable wood floor and electric heating. To ensure that you and your valuables are kept secure, I have a secure front door and a spacious safe.
My bright and friendly bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, bidet, and toilet.
On the first floor of the property, there is a ski storage room – where you can dry your shoes on a shoe warmer and drop off your skis – as well as a locked storage room for your mountain bike.

Spacious two-level apartment
Thanks to my ideal split-level layout, I’m simply perfect for a large family or two family groups. On the first floor, there’s a living and dining room with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a large living room with en-suite bathroom and toilet and a heated storage area. My second floor features an additional bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet.
The dining table is extendable with plenty of space for eight people. In the living room, there’s an inviting, pull-out couch as well as comfortable furniture for a cozy night in. In addition, there’s also my large screen, 55-inch TV with a Bluetooth 2.1 Dolby sound system. You can connect your MP3 player to the sound system, charge your phone and, of course, surf the internet wirelessly with ease using our Wi-Fi. If you fancy some fresh air, you can go directly from the living area to my generous balcony with stunning views over the Brunnachalm and the idyllic surroundings.

The first floor of the property has a ski room – where you can dry your shoes on a shoe warmer and drop off your skis – as well as a lockable storage room for your mountain bike. You can dry your ski clothing in the convenient storage area located within the apartment itself.

My cozy seating area features a pull-out coach and comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing evenings together. My large balcony offers uninterrupted views over the stunning surroundings and the Kaiserburgbahn.

On my second story, you’ll find another, additional bedroom. In addition to the 180 cm x 190 cm double bed, there’s also a couch that can be converted into a bed. Directly alongside, you’ll find a private bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, and a toilet.
